The invention discloses a novel motor braking system and a braking force distribution method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile control, the novel motor braking system is formed by connecting a high-voltage power battery pack and a parallel bleeder resistor in parallel and connecting the high-voltage power battery pack with a series controllable dissipative load, a cooperative braking controller and a hub motor in series through a high-frequency change-over switch, and the hub motor is fixedly connected to a hub of a wheel. The novel motor braking system can broaden the braking limit boundary of the high-speed section of the motor and realize full-time and full-rotating-speed section motor constant torque control, so that the motor braking can independently undertake a part of braking tasks; according to the braking force distribution method based on the novel motor braking system, the maximum braking energy recovery effect and the maximum braking energy utilization effect can be guaranteed.

    一种新型电机制动系统和制动力分配方法属汽车控制技术领域,本发明的新型电机制动系统由高压动力电池组与并联泄放电阻并联,并经高频切换开关与串联可控耗散负载、协同制动控制器及轮毂电机串联,轮毂电机固接于车轮的轮毂。新型电机制动系统能拓宽电机高速段制动极限边界,实现全时全转速段电机恒转矩控制,使电机制动能独立承担一部分制动任务;本发明的基于新型电机制动系统的制动力分配方法,能保证最大制动能量回收效果和制动能量利用效果。
