The invention discloses a material box stacking machine suitable for a compact stereoscopic warehouse. The material box stacking machine comprises a bottom plate, stand columns and a pallet fork assembly, and the pallet fork assembly comprises a lifting plate, a pallet fork bottom plate, a transmission mechanism and a telescopic mechanism; the telescopic mechanism comprises a first-stage telescopic bottom plate and a second-stage telescopic bottom plate; one end of the first chain is fixed to the rear side of the lower surface of the second-stage telescopic bottom plate, and the other end of the first chain is fixed to the rear side of the upper surface of the fork bottom plate after the first chain is wound around the first chain wheel. One end of a second chain is fixed to the front side of the lower surface of the second-stage telescopic bottom plate, and the other end of the second chain is fixed to the front side of the upper surface of the pallet fork bottom plate after the second chain is wound around a second chain wheel. Linkage of the first-stage telescopic bottom plate and the second-stage telescopic bottom plate in the telescopic direction is achieved through the first chain and the second chain. Through the improved design of the pallet fork assembly, the pallet fork assembly is compact in overall structure and small in occupied area, and the defects that a traditional stacking machine is large in overall structure, large in weight and low in running speed are overcome.

    本发明公开了一种适用于紧凑型立体仓库的料盒堆垛机,包括底板、立柱、货叉组件,所述货叉组件包括提升板、货叉底板、传动机构、伸缩机构;所述伸缩机构包括一级伸缩底板、二级伸缩底板;第一链条一端固定于二级伸缩底板下表面后侧,第一链条绕在第一链轮后第一链条的另一端固定于货叉底板的上表面后侧;第二链条一端固定于二级伸缩底板下表面前侧,第二链条绕在第二链轮后第二链条的另一端固定于货叉底板的上表面前侧;通过第一链条、第二链条实现一级伸缩底板、二级伸缩底板在伸缩方向的联动。本发明通过对货叉组件进行改进设计,使货叉组件整体结构紧凑,占地面积小,避免了传统堆垛机整体结构大,重量大,运转速度慢的缺点。
