The novel port wheel type electro-hydraulic material grabbing machine comprises an upper material grabbing mechanism used for grabbing materials, the upper material grabbing mechanism comprises a rotary support, a driving arm is installed at the top of the rotary support, a driving bucket rod is installed at the end, away from the rotary support, of the driving arm, and the driving arm and the driving bucket rod are rotationally connected through rotation; the driving arm and the driving bucket rod are driven by a hydraulic rod, and a shell bucket gripper is mounted at the end, away from the driving arm, of the driving bucket rod through a bucket changing pin. According to application of a material grabbing machine of a wharf, safety and anti-overturning calculation of the material grabbing machine need to be independently designed, the material grabbing machine needs to linearly walk along the shore of the wharf during material grabbing, deviation is prevented, the material grabbing machine is driven in an electro-hydraulic mode, energy consumption is reduced, the working range of the material grabbing machine is considered, and compared with existing equipment, the novel material grabbing machine has the advantages that the material grabbing machine is simple in structure and convenient to use.     本发明公开一种新型港口轮式电液压抓料机,包括:用于物料抓取的上部抓料机构,上部抓料机构包括回转支撑,回转支撑的顶部安装有驱动臂,驱动臂远离回转支撑的一端安装有驱动斗杆,驱动臂和驱动斗杆之间通过转动转动连接,且驱动臂和驱动斗杆均通过液压杆驱动,驱动斗杆远离驱动臂的一端通过换斗销安装有贝壳斗抓具。本发明针对于码头的抓料机运用,它的安全性以及抗倾覆计算都需要单独设计,在抓料时抓料机沿码头岸边需直线行走,防止偏移,而且本发明抓料机为电液驱动,能耗降低,考虑挖料机工作范围,此新型挖料机与现有设备相比,在司机的操作视野以及操作安全性方面,都经过了特有设计,相比传统设备,安全性更高。
