The invention discloses an intelligent conveying robot which comprises a chassis, a walking system, a supporting frame, an object taking system arranged on the supporting frame and an object storage bin located on the chassis on the inner side of the supporting frame, the object taking system comprises a clamping jaw used for grabbing objects and a shifting assembly, and the clamping jaw comprises a left jaw body and a right jaw body; the shifting assembly comprises a clamping jaw rotating shaft, two symmetrically-arranged telescopic shifting rods and two symmetrically-arranged four-connecting-rod moving arms, the left jaw and the right jaw are arranged on the clamping jaw rotating shaft, the two ends of the clamping jaw rotating shaft are connected with the telescopic shifting rods respectively, and each four-connecting-rod moving arm comprises a rack, a front connecting frame rod, a rear connecting frame rod and a connecting rod. The rack is connected with the supporting frame, the lower ends of the front frame connecting rod and the rear frame connecting rod are hinged to the rack, the upper ends of the front frame connecting rod and the rear frame connecting rod are hinged to the connecting rod, a sliding rail is arranged on the connecting rod, and a sliding block on the telescopic shifting rod moves along the sliding rail. According to the intelligent conveying robot, flexible grabbing during loading can be achieved, cargos can be reasonably placed, and flexible walking adapting to multiple terrains can be achieved.
