The invention provides an integrated suspension for a drive-by-wire chassis, and relates to the technical field of automobile parts, the integrated suspension comprises a steering driving assembly, a suspension guide assembly and a traveling driving assembly, the suspension guide assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod and a spiral spring shock absorber, the first connecting rod comprises a horizontally-arranged upper connecting base and a rod part arranged at the bottom of the upper connecting base in an L-shaped radian mode, the power output end of the steering driving assembly is arranged on the upper connecting base, the rod part, the second connecting rod, the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod are sequentially hinged end to end, and the traveling driving assembly is arranged on the second connecting rod. The upper end and the lower end of the spiral spring shock absorber are arranged on the rod part and the second connecting rod correspondingly. According to the integrated suspension for the drive-by-wire chassis, a main pin structure is omitted, and a steering system and a suspension system are integrally designed; the steering driving assembly drives the suspension guiding assembly to rotate so as to drive the traveling crane driving assembly to rotate. According to the method, interference between the wheels and parts such as a suspension guide mechanism and a steering pull rod in the rotating process is avoided, the wheels can rotate by 360 degrees, the flexibility of the vehicle is greatly improved, and therefore the requirement of the vehicle for the driving space is reduced.

    本发明提供一种面向线控底盘的集成悬架,涉及汽车零部件技术领域,包括转向驱动组件、悬架导向组件、行车驱动组件,所述悬架导向组件包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆以及螺旋弹簧减震器,所述第一连杆包括水平设置的上连接座以及上连接座底部呈L型弧度设置的杆部,所述转向驱动组件的动力输出端设置在上连接座上,所述杆部、第二连杆、第三连杆、第四连杆依次首尾铰接,所述行车驱动组件设置在第二连杆上,所述螺旋弹簧减震器的上下两端分别设置在杆部和第二连杆上。该面向线控底盘的集成悬架,取消了主销结构,将转向系统与悬架系统集成化设计;通过转向驱动组件驱动悬架导向组件转动,以带动行车驱动组件转动。此方法避免了车轮转动过程中与悬架导向机构、转向拉杆等零部件的干涉,使车轮能实现360°转动,大大提升了车辆的灵活度,从而减小了车辆对行驶空间的需求。
