The invention discloses a rear suspension structure of an unmanned drive-by-wire chassis, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving. Two multidirectional positioning frames are coaxially and fixedly arranged on a drive axle; the brake buffer mechanism is mounted between the frame and the drive axle, the top of the brake buffer mechanism is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the frame, and the bottom of the brake buffer mechanism is rotatably arranged on the drive axle; when the automobile is braked, the brake buffer mechanism presses the drive axle downwards along with the inertia of the automobile, so that the drive axle moves downwards synchronously; the top end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the bottom of the frame, and the bottom end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the multidirectional positioning frame. One end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with the corresponding multidirectional positioning frame, and the other end of each connecting rod assembly is connected with a shock absorber assembly. Through the arrangement of the brake buffer mechanism, when the emergency brake condition of the automobile occurs, the drive axle is pressed downwards by the buffer pressing shaft, so that the rear wheels of the automobile move downwards synchronously to be attached to the ground, and the brake effect of the automobile and the stability of unmanned driving can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶线控底盘的后悬架结构,涉及智能驾驶技术领域。本发明中两多向定位架同轴心固定设置在驱动桥上;刹车缓冲机构安装在车架与驱动桥之间,其中,刹车缓冲机构顶部固定设置在车架底部,刹车缓冲机构底部转动设置在驱动桥上;当汽车发生刹车时,刹车缓冲机构随汽车惯性下压驱动桥,使得驱动桥同步下移;支撑机构顶端连接在车架底部,支撑机构底端连接在多向定位架上;连杆总成一端与对应的多向定位架连接,连杆总成另一端连接有减震器总成。本发明通过刹车缓冲机构的设置,当汽车出现紧急刹车情况时,利用缓冲下压轴下压驱动桥使得汽车后轮同步下移贴合在地面上,能够有效提升汽车制动效果以及无人驾驶的平稳性。
