The invention discloses a vehicle body suspension system based on a drive-by-wire chassis. The vehicle body suspension system comprises a vehicle body end support, an elastic suspension, an upper sliding rail, a lower sliding rail, brake calipers and a driving mechanism. In an initial state, the brake calipers are clamped; when it is predicted that the collision is about to happen, a driving state is started, the brake calipers are loosened, and the driving mechanism works to enable the upper sliding rail to move along the lower sliding rail; after the stop opening position is reached, the system enters a collision preparation state, and a brake caliper clamps the system and prepares to cope with collision impact; after the collision begins, the system enters a collision process state, the brake calipers perform half-clamping, and the clamping force is adjusted according to the collision initial speed. Active safety and passive safety are combined, the vehicle body and the chassis are controlled to move relatively, the collision buffering space and the suspension braking energy absorption process are increased, the chassis absorbs collision energy as much as possible, and passenger injury, vehicle body damage and maintenance cost in the collision process are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于线控底盘的车身悬置系统,包括车身端支架、弹性悬置、上滑轨、下滑轨、制动卡钳和驱动机构;初始状态下,制动卡钳夹紧;预测到碰撞即将发生时,进入驱动状态,制动卡钳松开,驱动机构工作使上滑轨沿下滑轨移动;到达止口位置后,系统进入碰撞准备状态,制动卡钳夹紧,准备应对碰撞冲击;碰撞开始后,系统进入碰撞过程状态,制动卡钳半夹紧并根据碰撞初始速度调节夹紧力大小。本发明采用主被动安全相结合,控制车身和底盘发生相对运动,增大了碰撞缓冲空间和悬置制动吸能过程,让底盘尽量吸收碰撞能量,减少了碰撞过程中的乘员伤害、车身损伤、维修费用。
