The method comprises the following steps: determining battery monomers which are not suitable for equalization based on a first average SOC of the battery monomers during charging and discharging of the power battery, and eliminating the battery monomers; determining whether a to-be-balanced target is selected or not based on the second average SOC of the excluded residual single batteries, and if so, determining a balance control band according to the second average SOC; according to the equalization control band, determining to-be-equalized single batteries, and grouping and pairing the to-be-equalized single batteries; the active equalization circuit is controlled to equalize all paired single batteries. According to the invention, unsuitable single batteries are eliminated before equalization, so that the equalization effect of the power battery is better; the equalization control band is determined based on the average SOC of the battery monomers, and the target to be equalized is selected through the equalization control band, which is more accurate; the battery monomers to be equalized are grouped and paired through the equalization control band, and the specific active equalization circuit equalizes the paired battery monomers, so that the reliability is higher.
本发明公开了一种动力电池主动均衡控制方法,基于动力电池充放电时的电池单体第一平均SOC确定不适合均衡的电池单体并进行排除;基于排除后的剩余电池单体的第二平均SOC确定是否选取待均衡目标,若选取则根据第二平均SOC确定均衡控制带;根据均衡控制带确定待均衡的电池单体,将待均衡的电池单体进行分组配对;通过控制主动均衡电路对所有配对的电池单体进行均衡。本发明在均衡前先排除不适合的电池单体,最终动力电池的均衡效果更好;基于电池单体平均SOC确定均衡控制带,通过均衡控制带选取待均衡目标,更准确;通过均衡控制带对待均衡的电池单体进行分组配对,特定特定的主动均衡电路对配对电池单体进行均衡,可靠性更高。
