According to the invention, the equalization control parameter corresponding to the electric quantity information difference between the battery packs can be matched based on the electric quantity information difference between the battery packs, rapid equalization control of the electric quantity between the battery packs can be realized under the condition of not increasing extra hardware configuration, the efficiency of battery equalization control is improved, and the requirement for rapid equalization of the battery under more complex and special working conditions is met.
