The invention discloses a power battery equalization control method which comprises the following steps: S1, allowing a battery management system to perform equalization control according to the stateof a battery monomer when a condition I is met; S2, enabling the battery management system to recalculate the electric quantity needing to be equalized of all the single bodies; S3, calculating a discharge capacity difference; S4, calculating single target equalization electric quantity; S5, calculating monomer equalization current; S6, before the system is powered off, storing the target equalization electric quantity of each single body in an EEPROM; before the system is powered off, storing each single body accumulatively equalized electric quantity in an EEPROM; S7, collecting the voltageof the battery monomer in the equalization process; and S8, when the system executes the equalization enabling action, controlling the equalization action in a PWM mode, wherein the PWM control period is first preset time, and the duty ratio is a first preset percentage. According to the invention, the equalization efficiency can be greatly improved under the condition of ensuring safety, so thatthe service life of the battery is effectively prolonged, and the use capacity of the battery is improved.
本发明公开了一种动力电池均衡控制方法,包括步骤:S1满足条件一时,允许电池管理系统根据电池单体状态进行均衡控制;S2电池管理系统重新计算所有单体需要均衡的电量;S3计算放电量差;S4计算单体目标均衡电量;S5计算单体均衡电流;S6系统下电前需将每个单体目标均衡电量存储至EEPROM;系统下电前需将每个单体累计均衡电量存储至EEPROM;S7采集均衡过程中电池单体的电压;S8系统执行均衡使能动作时,以PWM的方式控制均衡的动作,PWM控制周期为第一预设时间,占空比为第一预设百分比。本发明可以在保证安全的情况下大大提高均衡的效率,从而有效延长电池的使寿命,提升电池的使用容量。
