The invention discloses a power battery equalization method, power battery equalization equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of batteries, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the storage duration of the pre-stored equalization duration of each cell in a power battery under the condition that the battery voltage of the power battery after standing is located in a platform area, the pre-stored equalization duration represents an equalization demand of the power battery at a corresponding storage moment; determining a target equalization duration of each battery cell according to a determination mode corresponding to the storage duration; and under the condition that an equalization condition is met, performing equalization operation on the power battery according to the target equalization duration. The invention aims to improve the reliability and efficiency of power battery equalization.
