The invention discloses a vehicle pitch angle and roll angle calculation system based on height sensors, comprising at least three height sensors arranged on wheel suspensions, one wheel suspension is provided with one height sensor, and the height sensors are connected with an ESP; the height sensors send sensed height values to the ESP, and the ESP calculates the pitch angle of the vehicle based on the effective height values collected by the height sensors on the wheel suspensions on the front side and the rear side and calculates the roll angle of the vehicle based on the effective height values collected by the height sensors on the wheel suspensions on the two sides of the front axle or the height sensors on the wheel suspensions on the two sides of the rear axle. The pitch angle and the roll angle of the vehicle at the current moment are calculated based on the height values collected by the height sensors in real time, the values of the front height sensor and the rear height sensor are obtained in real time when the pitch angle is calculated every time, integration does not exist, error accumulation does not exist, the calculated pitch angle is relatively accurate, and the calculation method of the roll angle is also the same.

    本发明公开一种基于高度传感器的车辆俯仰角及横滚角计算系统,包括:设于车轮悬架上的至少三个高度传感器,一个车轮悬架上设置一个高度传感器,高度传感器与ESP连接;高度传感器将感知到的高度值发送至ESP,ESP基于前、后同侧车轮悬架上高度传感器采集到的有效高度值计算车辆俯仰角,基于前车桥两侧车轮悬架上的高度传感器或后车桥两侧车轮悬架上高度传感器采集到的有效高度值计算车辆横滚角。基于高度传感器实时采集到的高度值来计算当前时刻车辆俯仰角及横滚角,在每次计算俯仰角时,都实时获取前后高度传感器的值,不存在积分,就不会有误差积累,计算的俯仰角相对比较精确,横滚角的计算方法亦如此。
