The invention relates to the technical field of new materials for manufacturing tires, in particular to application of lignin modified white carbon black in enhancing trans-isoprene rubber crystals and preparing mine tires. The tire rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of raw rubber: 100 parts of raw rubber and 45-80 parts of reinforcing filler, and a proper amount of an activator, an anti-aging agent and a vulcanizing agent. The raw rubber comprises 5-15 parts of trans-isoprene rubber, the reinforcing filler comprises 5-20 parts of lignin modified white carbon black, and the lignin modified white carbon black is prepared by reaction of the following raw materials based on 100 parts by weight of white carbon black: 100 parts of white carbon black and 10-60 parts of acetylated lignin. According to the composition, the acetylated lignin is used for modifying the white carbon black, so that the problem that the heat generation is improved after the trans-isoprene rubber is added is solved, the prepared mine tire has relatively good tear resistance, puncture resistance, cutting resistance and chunking and chipping resistance, and meanwhile, the heat generation of the rubber material is reduced.
本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及木质素改性白炭黑在增强反式异戊橡胶结晶和制备矿山胎中的应用。一种轮胎橡胶组合物,该橡胶组合物按生胶100重量份数计由包括以下重量份的原料混炼制备得到:生胶100份,补强填料45~80份;以及适量的活化剂、防老剂和硫化剂;生胶中包括反式异戊橡胶5~15份,补强填料包括木质素改性白炭黑5‑20份,所述木质素改性白炭黑按白炭黑100重量份数计由包括以下组分的原料反应制备得到:白炭黑100份,乙酰化木质素10‑60份。该组合物通过乙酰化木质素改性白炭黑解决了加入反式异戊橡胶后生热提高的问题,制备的矿山轮胎具有较好的耐撕裂、抗刺扎、耐切割、抗崩花掉块性能,同时降低了胶料的生热。
