The invention belongs to the technical field of new materials for manufacturing rubber tires, and particularly relates to a white carbon black filled tire tread rubber composition, a mixing method and a tire. The white carbon black filled tire tread rubber composition is prepared from, by weight, 100.0 parts of a rubber component, 50.0 to 100.0 parts of white carbon black and 3.0 to 10.0 parts of a silane coupling agent; the structure of the silane coupling agent is as shown in Figure 1; and X ranges from 10 to 16, and y ranges from 1 to 9. The silane coupling agent with a brand new structure is introduced, so that the VOC emission is reduced, the dynamic performance of the rubber material can be improved, the wet grabbing is optimized, and the heat generation is reduced. Meanwhile, a long-chain structure in the silane coupling agent can also play a role in shielding silicon hydroxyl on the surface of the white carbon black, so that agglomeration among the white carbon black is reduced, dispersion of the white carbon black is improved, and heat generation is further reduced.

    本发明属于橡胶轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种白炭黑填充的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物、混炼方法和轮胎。一种白炭黑填充的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,该橡胶组合物包括如下重量份数的组分:橡胶组分100.0重量份,白炭黑50.0‑100.0重量份,硅烷偶联剂3.0‑10.0重量份;所述的硅烷偶联剂的结构如图1所示;X在10‑16之间,y在1‑9之间。本发明引入了全新结构的硅烷偶联剂,在降低VOC排放的同时,可以改善胶料的动态性能,优化湿抓、降低生热。同时,硅烷偶联剂中的长链结构还可以起到屏蔽白炭黑表面硅羟基的作用,降低白炭黑之间的团聚,提高白炭黑的分散,以此进一步降低生热。
