The invention provides a mine tire tread rubber composition, a mine tire tread rubber and a preparation method of the mine tire tread rubber, and relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing. The mine tire tread rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw rubber; 45 to 60 parts of a modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate; 1-12 parts of an active agent; 0.8 to 6 parts of an accelerant; 0.8-6 parts of a vulcanizing agent; 1-5 parts of an anti-aging agent; 0.5 to 3 parts of protective wax; 5 to 15 parts of white carbon black; 2-6 parts of cut-resistant resin; 0-0.3 part of a scorch retarder; and 0-6 parts of a processing aid. Wherein the modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate is obtained by carrying out high-temperature jet flow on a modifier and a carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate. According to the mine tire tread rubber composition disclosed by the invention, the modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate is added, so that the mechanical property of the mine tire tread rubber is remarkably enhanced, heat generation is reduced, and abrasion is improved.

    本发明提供了一种矿山轮胎胎面胶料组合物、矿山轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,涉及轮胎制造技术领域。所述矿山轮胎胎面胶料组合物按重量份数计包括以下组分:生胶100份;改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体45~60份;活性剂1~12份;促进剂0.8~6份;硫化剂0.8~6份;防老剂1~5份;防护蜡0.5~3份;白炭黑5~15份;耐切割树脂2~6份;防焦剂0~0.3份;加工助剂0~6份。其中,所述改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体由改性剂和碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体经高温射流得到。本发明所述矿山轮胎胎面胶料组合物通过添加改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体,显著地增强了矿山轮胎胎面胶料的力学性能、降低生热和提升磨耗。
