The bio-based compound modified white carbon black is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of white carbon black and 10-60 parts of acetylated lignin through a reaction, wherein the raw materials comprise 100 parts of white carbon black and 10-60 parts of acetylated lignin. The improved bio-based compound modified white carbon black has the beneficial effects that the dispersibility of the white carbon black in rubber is effectively improved, the heat generation amount of a tire is reduced, and the process operation performance and stability are improved, so that the performance of a rubber composition is improved, the service life of the tire is prolonged, the performance of the tire is improved, the preparation method is simple and environment-friendly, and the cost is relatively low.

    本发明涉及轮胎制备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种生物基化合物改性白炭黑及其制备方法和在轮胎生产中的应用。一种生物基化合物改性白炭黑,所述生物基化合物改性白炭黑按白炭黑100重量份数计由包括以下组分的原料反应制备得到:白炭黑100份,乙酰化木质素10‑60份。本发明的有益效果为:本发明改良的生物基化合物改性白炭黑,有效提高橡胶内白炭黑分散性、降低轮胎的生热量、提高工艺操作性能及其稳定性,从而提高橡胶组合物的性能和轮胎的使用寿命、性能,且制备方法简单环保、成本较低。
