The invention discloses a tire tread rubber composition containing bio-based compound modified white carbon black. The tire tread rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight based on 100 parts of raw rubber: 100 parts of raw rubber, 30-50 parts of carbon black and 2.0-20 parts of bio-based compound modified white carbon black, and a proper amount of an activator, an anti-aging agent and a vulcanizing agent. The bio-based compound modified white carbon black is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of white carbon black and 10-60 parts of acetylated lignin compound through reaction, wherein the raw materials comprise 100 parts of white carbon black and 10-60 parts of acetylated lignin compound; the acetylated lignin compound is prepared from lignin and/or lignin derivatives and an acetylation reagent. The improved bio-based compound modified white carbon black has the beneficial effects that the dispersibility of the white carbon black in rubber is effectively improved, the heat generation amount of a tire is reduced, and the process operation performance and stability are improved, so that the performance of a rubber composition is improved, the service life of the tire is prolonged, the performance of the tire is improved, the preparation method is simple and environment-friendly, and the cost is relatively low.
本发明公开了一种含生物基化合物改性白炭黑的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,该轮胎胎面橡胶组合物按生胶100重量份数计由包括以下重量份的原料混炼制备得到:生胶100份、炭黑30‑50份、生物基化合物改性白炭黑2.0‑20份;以及适量的活化剂、防老剂和硫化剂;所述生物基化合物改性白炭黑按白炭黑100重量份数计由包括以下组分的原料反应制备得到:白炭黑100份、乙酰化木质素化合物10‑60份;乙酰化木质素化合物由木质素和/或木质素衍生物、乙酰化试剂制备得到。本发明的有益效果为:本发明改良的生物基化合物改性白炭黑,有效提高橡胶内白炭黑分散性、降低轮胎的生热量、提高工艺操作性能及其稳定性,从而提高橡胶组合物的性能和轮胎的使用寿命、性能,且制备方法简单环保、成本较低。
