The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft airfoil fatigue tests, and discloses an aircraft movable airfoil fatigue reliability test load loading method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring all nodes of a movable airfoil at a current deflection angle, an aerodynamic load corresponding to each node and a pressure center position of the movable airfoil; a resultant force error range and a resultant force moment error range of the load; calculating the total load proportion of the movable airfoil in the chordwise direction and the vertical direction under the current deflection angle; n planned loading nodes are selected at the position, suitable for loading, of the movable airfoil, and all N nodes are simplified; calculating vertical load components and chordwise load components of all planned loading nodes; determining resultant moments of all planned loading nodes in all directions; calculating resultant force and resultant moment error after node simplification; if the errors are all in the error range, outputting a test load spectrum; the problem that load simulation is difficult due to the fact that the load size caused by moving of the movable airfoil is coupled with change of a loading point is solved.

    本发明属于飞机翼面疲劳试验技术领域,公开了一种飞机可动翼面疲劳可靠性试验载荷加载方法,获取可动翼面在当前偏转角度下的所有节点以及每个节点对应的气动载荷,可动翼面的压心位置,以及载荷的合力误差范围、合力矩误差范围;计算可动翼面在当前偏转角度下的翼面弦向与垂向总载荷比例;在可动翼面适合加载的部位选择n个拟定加载节点对所有N个节点进行简化;计算所有拟定加载节点的垂向载荷分量和弦向载荷分量;确定所有拟定加载节点在各向的合力矩;计算节点简化后的合力及合力矩误差;若误差均在误差范围内,则输出试验载荷谱;解决可动翼面运动带来的载荷大小与加载点变化相耦合而导致的载荷模拟困难问题。
