The invention discloses an aircraft movable airfoil detection method based on a wireless sensor. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pasting the sensor to a position, close to a rotating shaft, of a movable airfoil to be detected; (2) setting network parameters and calibrating the sensor; (3) setting numbers for the sensors through a software system, wherein the numbers are in one-to-one correspondence with the numbers of the movable airfoils to be detected; (4) controlling the movable wing surface of the aircraft to deflect, continuously outputting sensor data, and checking the sensor data through a software system; the invention further discloses an airplane movable airfoil detection system based on the wireless sensor, the airplane movable airfoil detection system comprises the sensor, the network communication equipment and a software system, the sensor is fixed on the surface of a detected movable airfoil, and the software system collects data output by the sensor through the network communication equipment and displays the deflection angle of the movable airfoil in real time. According to the invention, rapid and convenient high-precision detection of the deflection angle of the movable airfoil can be realized.
