The invention relates to a load calculation method for an aircraft airfoil part, which comprises the following steps of: separating the aircraft airfoil part from a chord plane according to the design appearance of the aircraft airfoil part, and respectively establishing a pneumatic grid plane of an airfoil upper part A and a pneumatic grid plane of an airfoil lower part B; obtaining a pressure distribution value of a pneumatic grid plane of the upper part A of the airfoil and a pressure distribution value of a pneumatic grid plane of the lower part B of the airfoil, and obtaining pneumatic pressure values of all pneumatic grids in the pneumatic grid planes along the chordwise direction and the spanwise direction of the airfoil component by adopting a linear interpolation method, thereby forming a pneumatic grid plane unit aerodynamic force database; and coupling the two aerodynamic grid planes with the finite element model of the aircraft wing surface type component, and carrying out load balancing calculation under each flight working condition to obtain distributed aerodynamic loads of the upper and lower outer surfaces of the aircraft wing surface type component.
