The invention belongs to the technical field of structural load measurement in a flight test, and particularly relates to an aircraft airfoil pulling and pressing bidirectional loading device which is composed of a loading base plate, a cross bar assembly, double lugs, an actuator, a heightening supporting device, a hinged support and a hinged support mounting plate. According to the invention, XY401 type bonding glue selected by an adhesive performance test is utilized to bond the designed loading base plate under the wing surface, the actuator, the heightening support device, the hinged support and the hinged support mounting plate are mounted under the loading base plate, and finally the loading base plate and the actuator are connected through the double connecting lugs. Meanwhile, the bonding step in the whole loading device mounting process and the technological process of dismounting the loading base plate from the airfoil after the test are given, an airfoil bonding glue remover is ethyl acetate, compared with the airfoil one-way loading function of a traditional method, the airfoil tension and compression two-way loading can be achieved, and the application range of load measurement is widened. And the flight load measurement capability is improved.

    本发明属于飞行试验中结构载荷测量技术领域,具体涉及一种飞机翼面拉压双向加载装置,由加载垫板,横杠组件、双耳、作动器、增高支撑装置、铰支座及铰支座安装板组成。本发明利用粘胶性能试验选取的XY401型粘接胶,将设计的加载垫板粘接于机翼翼面下,在加载垫板下安装作动器、增高支撑装置、铰支座及铰支座安装板,最后通过连接双耳连接加载垫板及作动器,同时给出了整个加载装置安装过程中的粘接步骤及试验后加载垫板从翼面拆除工艺流程,翼面粘接胶去除剂选用乙酸乙酯,相比于传统方法对于翼面单向加载功能,本发明可实现翼面拉压双向加载,提升了载荷测量的适应范围,提高了飞行载荷测量的能力。
