The invention relates to an electric vehicle and a rear cradle mounting structure. The rear cradle mounting structure comprises a frame and a rear cradle. The frame comprises a frame body and a cantilever, one end of the cantilever is connected with the frame body, and the cantilever is used for being connected with a motor of the electric vehicle. One end of the rear cradle is rotationally connected with the other end of the cantilever, and the other end of the rear cradle is used for being connected with a rear axle. According to the rear cradle mounting structure, the structure is simplified, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
