The invention relates to the technical field of two-wheeled vehicle structures, and discloses a rear cradle structure of a motorcycle, which comprises two cradle arms and a connecting arm connected between the two cradle arms, the front end of each cradle arm is provided with a pivot tube, the rear end of each cradle arm is provided with a tail component, and the tail component is connected with the connecting arm. The tail assembly comprises a supporting plate formed through stamping and a reinforcing plate arranged on the supporting plate, the supporting plate and the reinforcing plate are both welded and fixed to the cradle arm, an adjusting long hole is formed in the supporting plate, and a penetrating hole allowing an adjusting screw of the chain adjuster to penetrate through is formed in the reinforcing plate. The tail assembly is formed by the supporting plate and the reinforcing plate, the supporting plate is formed through plate punching, compared with forging forming, the structural weight is lighter, machining is not needed, the production manufacturability is better, the cost is lower, meanwhile, the structural strength of the tail assembly is improved through the reinforcing plate, the supporting plate and the reinforcing plate are both welded to the cradle arm, and the service life of the cradle arm is prolonged. The connecting strength between the tail assembly and the cradle arm is improved, and it is guaranteed that the load borne by the tail assembly meets the requirement of a motorcycle.

    本发明涉及两轮车结构技术领域,公开了一种摩托车的后摇架结构,包括两个摇架臂和连接在两个摇架臂之间的连接臂,各摇架臂的前端均设置有枢轴管,各摇架臂的后端均布置有尾部组件,尾部组件包括冲压成型的支撑板和布置在支撑板上的加强板,支撑板与加强板均与摇架臂焊接固定,支撑板上开设有调节长孔,加强板上设置有供链条调节器的调节螺杆穿过的穿孔。尾部组件由支撑板和加强板形成,支撑板通过板件冲压成型,相比于锻造成型,其结构重量更轻,且无需机加工,生产工艺性更好,成本也更低,同时利用加强板增加了尾部组件的结构强度,支撑板和加强板均与摇架臂焊接,增加尾部组件与摇架臂之间的连接强度,保证尾部组件承受载荷满足摩托车的要求。
