The invention belongs to the technical field of satellite positioning and satellite communication application, and achieves island reef sea area robot rescue, a robot comprises a left hull, a right hull, a deck, a damping support and a diving and floating device, and the damping support is connected to the left hull, the right hull and the deck through bolts; the whole rescue robot is of a flexible structure, and rescue can be completed in island reef sea areas even under severe sea conditions. According to the diving and floating device, a first controller controls an exhaust electromagnetic valve and an air inlet electromagnetic valve to achieve air intake and exhaust of a lifting air bag set, and then diving and floating of the rescue robot are achieved. Therefore, the situation that in the salvaging process of an existing lifeboat, due to the fact that the gravity center of the boat body changes, the boat body vibrates, and people falling into water lack of training possibly suffer secondary damage in the boarding process is avoided; and the situation that the rescuer needs to complete rescue for a long time when waves aroused by the rescue robot push away the drowning personnel is avoided.

    本申请属于卫星定位和卫星通信应用技术领域,实现了岛礁海域机器人救援,机器人包括:左船体、右船体、甲板、减震支架和下潜上浮装置,所示减震支架使用螺栓连接在左船体、右船体和所述甲板上;至少上下左右各一根弹性拉索连接左右船体和所述甲板,救援机器人整体具有柔性结构,即使恶劣海况也能在岛礁海域完成救援;所述下潜上浮装置,第一控制器通过控制排气电磁阀、进气电磁阀实现升降气囊组进排气,进而实现救援机器人下潜与上浮。这样避免了现有救生艇在救捞过程中由于船体重心改变导致的船体震荡,缺乏训练的落水人员在登艇的过程中可能遭到二次损伤;避免了救援机器人自身激起的波浪推开落水人员,需要较长时间救生员才能完成救援。
