One end of the shank telescopic air cylinder set is fixed to the shank connecting rod, a push rod at the other end of the shank telescopic air cylinder set is connected with the foot unit, and when the shank telescopic air cylinder set is pushed, the machine body pedaling action can be achieved. The output end of a control panel of the control unit provides control signals for an air pump, an electromagnetic valve and a gear motor, the input end of the control panel is a power unit, the electromagnetic valve can control telescopic movement of the thigh and shank telescopic air cylinder sets simultaneously, the gear motor can control shank connecting rods to rotate in the plane, and the air pump conveys air to the pneumatic system. The jumping movement of the machine body can be realized under the combined action of all the parts.
本发明提供一种基于仿生设计的青蛙机器人,其中的驱动单元包括气泵,大、小腿伸缩气缸组,减速电机,大腿伸缩气缸组的推杆与铰链滑块模组铰链端固定,腿部单元的大腿连杆与铰链滑块模组滑块端连接,大腿伸缩气缸组伸缩时,可实现大腿连杆的平面摆动。减速电机两端的旋转轴与小腿连杆锁死,小腿伸缩气缸组一端与小腿连杆固定,另一端推杆与足部单元连接,小腿伸缩气缸组推动时,可实现机体蹬地动作。控制单元的控制板输出端为气泵、电磁阀、减速电机提供控制信号,输入端为电源单元,电磁阀可同时控制大、小腿伸缩气缸组的伸缩运动,减速电机可以控制小腿连杆在平面内转动,气泵为气动系统输气。在所有部分的共同作用下可实现机体的跳跃运动。
