The invention discloses a segmented turnover device and a turnover method for a planar thin plate, and aims to provide a hoisting-free segmented turnover device and a turnover method for the planar thin plate, which are safe and reliable and have low operation requirements. The turning-over device comprises a rotating wheel mechanism used for providing turning-over power, a lifting mechanism, a thin plate section supporting mechanism and a thin plate section clamping mechanism used for clamping a thin plate section stringer. The thin plate segmented clamping mechanism comprises an intelligent visual identification control module and at least one group of sliding clamping units; each sliding clamping unit comprises a sliding driving module, a sliding rail and at least one clamp assembly. The intelligent visual identification control module comprises visual probes corresponding to the clamping assemblies and an intelligent visual identification controller. The device is high in integration level, convenient to install and transfer, low in operation requirement for technicians and safe and reliable to use, hoisting is not needed in the turning-over process, and meanwhile it can be ensured that the thin plate sections cannot deform in the turning-over process.

    本发明公开了一种平面薄板分段翻身装置及翻身的方法,旨在提供一种安全可靠,操作要求低的无吊装平面薄板分段翻身装置及翻身方法。该翻身装置包括用于提供翻转动力的转轮机构、升降机构、薄板分段支撑机构、用于夹持薄板分段纵桁的薄板分段夹持机构;所述薄板分段夹持机构包括智能视觉识别控制模块及至少一组滑动夹持单元;每组所述滑动夹持单元包括滑动驱动模块、滑轨及至少一副夹具组件;所述智能视觉识别控制模块包括对应于每副所述夹持组件的视觉探头及智能视觉识别控制器。该装置集成度高,便于安装和转移,对技术人员操作要求低,翻身过程中不需要吊装,同时能够确保薄板分段在翻身过程不会发生变形,使用安全可靠。
