The invention discloses a clamping type thin plate segmented turning-over device and a turning-over method so as to reduce manual participation and occupation of crane resources in the thin plate segmented turning-over process and improve the operation quality, the operation efficiency and the safety. The turning-over device comprises a supporting mechanism, a turning-over mechanism, a turning-over driving mechanism and a limiting mechanism. The turnover mechanism comprises a turnover support, a turnover clamping unit and a tray lifting driving mechanism. The turnover clamping unit comprises two trays, each tray comprises a frame defined by a fixed cross beam, two telescopic movable cross beams and two longitudinal beams and a plurality of supporting beams connected with the frame, an empty groove corresponding to the SPMT trolley is formed in the frame, and the position, corresponding to the empty groove, of each telescopic movable cross beam in the contraction state is an opening allowing the SPMT trolley to drive in/out of the turnover area. According to the device, the two trays are adopted to clamp the thin plate sections, a crane and a lifting lug are not needed in the whole turnover process, structural deformation generated in the thin plate section turnover process is avoided, and the operation quality and the operation safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种夹持式薄板分段翻身装置及翻身方法,以减少薄板分段翻身过程中人工的参与和吊车资源的占用,提高作业质量、作业效率和安全性。该翻身装置包括支撑机构、翻转机构、翻转驱动机构及限位机构。翻转机构包括翻转支架、翻转夹持单元及托盘升降驱动机构;翻转夹持单元包括两块托盘,每块托盘包括由固定横梁、两段伸缩活动横梁及两个纵梁围成的框架及连接框架的多个支撑梁,框架内设置有对应SPMT小车的空槽,伸缩活动横梁收缩状态时与空槽对应的位置为SPMT小车驶入/驶出翻转区域的开口。该装置采用两块托盘对薄板分段进行夹持,在翻身的全过程中无需吊车、吊耳,避免薄板分段翻身过程中产生的结构变形,提高了作业质量和作业安全性。
