The invention relates to a safe plate turnover assembly and a turnover method thereof. The safe plate turnover assembly is provided with two identical long-strip-shaped base plates, a flexible lifting rope, a triangular air cushion and an air storage tank, the two ends of the flexible lifting rope are each provided with a rope sleeve, and a communicating pipeline is arranged between the triangular air cushion and the air storage tank. The turning process comprises the following steps that a lifting rope is wound around a plate by a circle, one rope sleeve penetrates through the other rope sleeve, and the lifting rope is tightened to bind the plate; the rope sleeve B is moved to one side close to the upper surface of the plate; and then, a lifting hook located above the plate is used for lifting the rope sleeve A, in the process that the plate is lifted and pulled, the lower edge of the left side serves as a rotating shaft, the plate is rotated by about 90 degrees, the horizontal upper surface of the plate is changed into the vertical direction, and therefore 90-degree overturning of the plate is achieved. Facilities are simple, manual load bearing is not needed, the overturning process is convenient and rapid, and brittle plates are not prone to being damaged.

    本发明涉及一种板块安全翻身组件及其翻身方法,具有两块相同的长条形垫板、一根两端各有一个绳套的柔性吊绳,还具有三角形气垫、储气罐,三角形气垫与储气罐之间具有连通管路。具有下述翻身过程:将吊绳绕卷板块一圈,将一个绳套从另一个绳套中穿越,收紧吊绳捆住板块;并将绳套B移动到靠近板块上表面的一侧;然后,用位于板块上方的吊钩吊住绳套A,板块被吊拉的过程中,以左侧下边沿为旋转轴,旋转90°左右,使得板材水平的上表面变成铅垂方向,从而实现了板块90°的翻转。本发明的设施简单,无需人工负重,翻转过程方便快速,不易损伤脆性的板块。
