The invention relates to a hybrid power propulsion system for an LNG transport ship and the LNG transport ship. The hybrid power propulsion system comprises a dual-fuel two-stroke low-speed main engine direct-driven propeller, a full-rotation pod propeller and a power supply system used for supplying power to the full-rotation pod propeller. The power supply system comprises a dual-fuel generator, a fuel cell module, an alternating-current distribution board and a direct-current distribution board; the dual-fuel generator supplies power to the alternating-current distribution board, the fuel cell module supplies power to the direct-current distribution board, the direct-current distribution board supplies power to the full-rotation pod propeller, and the power supply priority of the fuel cell module is higher than that of the dual-fuel generator. The dual-fuel two-stroke low-speed main engine direct-driven propeller and the full-rotation pod propeller are combined to form a hybrid power propelling system, the utilization rate of fuel is more sufficient due to the formation of hybrid power, and meanwhile the propelling efficiency of the whole ship is improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于LNG运输船的混合动力推进系统及LNG运输船,该混合动力推进系统包括双燃料2冲程低速主机直驱螺旋桨和全回转吊舱推进器、用以全回转吊舱推进器供电的供电系统;供电系统包括双燃料发电机、燃料电池模块、交流配电板、直流配电板;双燃料发电机为交流配电板供电,燃料电池模块为直流配电板供电,直流配电板为全回转吊舱推进器供电,燃料电池模块的供电优先级高于双燃料发电机的供电优先级。本发明通过双燃料2冲程低速主机直驱螺旋桨和全回转吊舱推进器组合形成混合动力的推进系统,混合动力的形成使得燃料的利用率更加充分,同时提升全船的推进效率。
