The invention discloses a wheel cylinder pressure identification method which comprises the following steps: establishing an ESC high-speed switch valve mathematical model through the pressure difference between two ends of a high-speed switch valve of an electromagnetic valve and the duty ratio of a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal of the electromagnetic valve to obtain the flow calculation information of vehicle hydraulic pressure; establishing a wheel end pressure model through the whole vehicle parameters of the brake caliper body and the brake wheel cylinder; according to the ESC high-speed switch valve mathematical model and the wheel end pressure model, the relation between the wheel cylinder pressure and the flow is obtained; the wheel cylinder brake hydraulic volume and the wheel cylinder pressure are calibrated, the change relation between the wheel cylinder brake hydraulic volume and the wheel cylinder pressure is obtained, and the variable quantity of the wheel cylinder brake fluid volume is calculated according to the change of the pressure difference between the two ends of the electromagnetic valve high-speed switching valve within one cycle time; and the estimated wheel cylinder pressure is calculated and output according to the change relation between the wheel cylinder braking hydraulic volume and the wheel cylinder pressure. According to the method, the wheel cylinder pressure is calculated without a wheel cylinder pressure sensor, the universality of a scene using the wheel cylinder pressure is ensured, and the driving safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种轮缸压力识别方法,包括:通过电磁阀高速开关阀两端压力差和电磁阀PWM信号占空比,建立ESC高速开关阀数学模型,得到车辆液压的流量计算信息;通过制动钳体和制动轮缸的整车参数,建立轮端压力模型;根据ESC高速开关阀数学模型和轮端压力模型,得到轮缸压力和流量的关系;对轮缸制动液压体积和轮缸压力进行标定,得到轮缸制动液压体积和轮缸压力的变化关系,根据一个周期时间内的电磁阀高速开关阀两端压力差变化计算得到轮缸制动液体积的变化量;根据轮缸制动液压体积和轮缸压力的变化关系计算得到估算轮缸压力并输出。本发明在没有轮缸压力传感器的前提下完成对轮缸压力的计算,确保使用轮缸压力场景的普适性,保证行车安全。
