The invention relates to an integrated brake-by-wire system wheel cylinder pressure control method. Comprising the following steps: 1, designing a servo motor, a transmission mechanism and a hydraulic system model of the integrated brake-by-wire system; 2, designing a motor-electromagnetic valve collaborative liquid supplementing mechanism capable of dynamically adjusting a bottom layer pressure regulator by utilizing the hydraulic pressure-piston position characteristic of a servo cylinder; 3, designing a servo cylinder pressure regulator comprising a hydraulic system variable stiffness feedforward pressure ring, a robust sliding mode position ring and a motor current ring; and 4, designing a wheel cylinder pressure regulator based on the pressure increasing/reducing characteristics of a liquid inlet/outlet valve of the wheel cylinder to realize the pressure regulation of the wheel cylinder. According to the invention, a foundation is laid for the wheel cylinder pressure control function of the integrated brake-by-wire system, and the requirements of high safety and high stability of an electric intelligent automobile are met; and the brake fluid in a hydraulic loop is lost along with the pressure regulation and control of the wheel cylinder, so that the problem of insufficient brake fluid is solved.

    本发明是一种集成式线控制动系统轮缸压力控制方法。包括:一、设计集成式线控制动系统伺服电机、传动机构及液压系统模型;二、利用伺服缸液压力‑活塞位置特性设计能够动态调节底层压力调控器的电机‑电磁阀协同补液机制;三、设计包含液压系统变刚度前馈压力环、鲁棒滑模位置环及电机电流环的伺服缸压力调控器;四、基于轮缸进/出液阀增/减压特性设计轮缸压力调控器,实现轮缸压力调控。本发明为集成式线控制动系统轮缸压力控制功能奠定基础,匹配电动智能汽车高安全性、高稳定性的需求,解决了集成式线控制动系统在进行轮缸压力调控时,会受到液压系统刚度突变和液压回路内制动液会随轮缸压力调控流失而出现制动液不足的问题。
