The invention discloses a raw material warehouse unmanned grab bucket crown block dispatching device which comprises a crown block rail, a crown block body is arranged at the top of the crown block rail, a first fixing plate is arranged at the bottom end of the crown block body, an electric hoist is installed in the crown block body, and a grab bucket mechanism is installed at the bottom end of a traction rope on the electric hoist. The grab bucket mechanism comprises a fixed box, a baffle and a limiting block, a top plate is installed on one side of the first fixed plate, a first servo motor is installed on one side of an inner cavity of the top plate, and a first lead screw is rotationally connected to the other side of the inner cavity of the top plate. The grab bucket mechanism is supported, the situation that the grab bucket mechanism shakes and inclines when moving is prevented, meanwhile, raw materials leaked from the grab bucket mechanism can be collected, the situation that the raw materials fall on the moving path of the unmanned grab bucket crown block is prevented, and the situation that the environment is polluted and the raw materials are wasted is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种原料库无人抓斗天车调度装置,包括天车轨道,所述天车轨道的顶部设置有天车本体,所述天车本体的底端设置有第一固定板,所述天车本体内部安装有电动葫芦,且电动葫芦上的牵引绳的底端安装有抓斗机构,所述第一固定板的一侧安装有顶板,所述顶板内腔的一侧安装有第一伺服电机,所述顶板内腔的另一侧转动连接有第一丝杆,本发明通过设置有固定箱、挡板与限位块,可以将装有原料的抓斗机构,限位在固定箱与挡板组成的箱体中,对抓斗机构进行支撑,防止抓斗机构在移动时,出现晃动倾斜的情况,同时可以对从抓斗机构中泄漏出的原料进行收集,防止原料落在无人抓斗天车的移动路径上,防止造成环境污染以及原料浪费的情况。
