The material grabbing point is the operation point farthest from the loading parking space in the operation points allowing material grabbing.     本发明涉及自动化天车抓斗的智能作业控制策略,料场划分为若干规则排列的作业点,料车的外侧设有装料车位,在需要装车时,天车抓斗从料场的作业点抓取物料后移至装料车位的上方放料,实施装车,抓料点为料场中允许抓料的作业点中距装料车位最近的作业点;在不需要装车的时间里,天车抓斗从距装料车位较远的作业点抓取物料后移至距装料车位较近的作业点上方放料,实施料场优化,放料点为料场中允许放料的作业点中距装料车位最近的作业点,抓料点为允许抓料的作业点中距装料车位最远的作业点。本发明能够有效地减少料场出料装车的作业时间,进而节省了运输车辆为装车所耗费的时间,提高了运输车辆的工作效率,降低了运输成本。
