The invention discloses an intelligent crown block grab bucket system based on scene rasterization, and relates to the technical field of crown blocks. The system comprises a scanning result rasterization module, a coordinate calculation module, a control module and a query module, the query module, the control module and the rasterization module are connected in sequence, and the coordinate calculation module is in bidirectional connection with the control module; the query module can perform query according to a time sequence according to tasks issued by a user; the control module is used for moving a cart and a trolley in a task to a specified area in the task according to the task in the query module; and the rasterization module starts to perform rasterization operation according to the scanning data returned by the control module, and the scanned data is stored in a memory after being converted. According to the invention, the system in the prior art can be improved, scanning data is processed and delivered to a program, the number of external servers is reduced, and each device of the crown block device is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种基于场景栅格化的智能天车抓斗系统,涉及天车技术领域。本发明包括扫描结果栅格化模块、坐标计算模块、控制模块和查询模块,查询模块、控制模块连接、栅格化模块依次连接,坐标计算模块与控制模块双向连接;查询模块可根据用户自己发布的任务根据时间顺序进行查询;控制模块中就是根据查询模块中的任务,将任务中的大车、小车,移动至任务中指定的区域;栅格化模块根据控制模块中返回的扫描数据开始进行栅格化操作,扫描出来的数据转化后都在内存中存储着。本发明能改进现有技术的体系,将扫描数据处理交给程序,减少外部服务器的数量,精简天车装置的各个设备。
