The bottoms of the two sliding frames are both connected with a plurality of fishing rods used for fishing garbage, and a water tank is connected into the box body. The output shaft of the clamping motor rotates to drive the bidirectional screw rod to rotate, so that the fishing rods on the left side and the right side move in the direction close to each other to fish garbage, and the output shaft of the clamping motor rotates reversely to drive the bidirectional screw rod to rotate reversely, so that the fishing rods on the left side and the right side move in the direction away from each other to put down the garbage. And the garbage falls into the collecting frame and is collected, so that the garbage can be salvaged continuously, and the working efficiency is higher.
