The invention relates to a vehicle charging and discharging control method, related components and an electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control, the method comprises the steps that related signals and vehicle running states of a target vehicle are obtained, and the vehicle running states comprise at least one of driving and parking; when it is detected that the vehicle running state of the target vehicle is a parking state, determining that the charging and discharging mode of the target vehicle is a first charging and discharging mode based on the related signal of the target vehicle; when it is detected that the vehicle running state of the target vehicle is a driving state, determining that the charging and discharging mode of the target vehicle is a second charging and discharging mode based on a related signal of the target vehicle; and based on the determined target charging and discharging mode, controlling the target vehicle to enter a charging and discharging scene corresponding to the target charging and discharging mode. According to the invention, a user can adopt different charging and discharging functions in different use scenes, so that the actual requirements of the user are met, and the vehicle use experience of the user is improved.
