The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging control method, a discharging control method, a controller and related equipment, wherein the method comprises the steps: obtaining first information, which comprises a voltage value of a battery of an electric vehicle, and pre-stored first current curve information and first voltage curve information for charging the battery; determining second current curve information and second voltage curve information according to the first information; and sending a first control instruction, wherein the first control instruction is used for enabling the charger to output first electric energy according to the second current curve information and the second voltage curve information. Therefore, the first current curve information and the first voltage curve information for charging the battery are pre-stored in the electric vehicle, and the second current curve information and the second voltage curve information suitable for charging the battery with the voltage value are determined by combining the voltage value of the battery during charging. In this way, when a charger of a non-corresponding model is used for charging the electric vehicle, the charger can be controlled to charge the battery according to the second current curve information and the second voltage curve information.
