According to the method and the device, when the non-horizontal road surface causes that the vehicle body posture is obviously not matched with the height condition of the air spring, the target spring group is determined, and the target spring group is controlled to be inflated and deflated in a mode different from a conventional strategy, so that the vehicle body posture tends to be stable, and the driving experience of a user is improved.
