The hydraulic control system comprises a gasoline engine, a variable displacement piston pump, an electric proportional multi-way valve, a first control oil way, a second control oil way, a tailstock motor and a hydraulic motor. The gasoline engine is in driving connection with the variable displacement piston pump, the outlet end of the variable displacement piston pump is connected with the electric proportional multi-way valve and used for branching an outlet oil way of the variable displacement piston pump, all oil way branches are connected with the first control oil way and the second control oil way respectively, the first control oil way is connected with the tailstock motor and used for controlling the tailstock motor to rotate forwards and backwards, and the second control oil way is connected with the tailstock motor and used for controlling the tailstock motor to rotate forwards and backwards. The second control oil way is connected with the hydraulic motor and used for controlling the hydraulic motor to rotate forwards and backwards. Compared with the prior art, one worker can accurately control a plurality of winches at the same time, and safety and reliability are achieved.
