The invention discloses a hydraulic winch control system which comprises a hydraulic winch, an upward lifting oil way, a downward lifting oil way, a first multi-way valve, a floating oil way, an electric proportional overflow valve, a floating electromagnetic valve and a second multi-way valve, the first multi-way valve is connected with the hydraulic winch through the upward lifting oil way and the downward lifting oil way, and a first one-way valve is arranged on the upward lifting oil way; a second one-way valve is arranged on the lowering oil way, one end of the floating oil way is connected with the lifting oil way, the other end of the floating oil way is connected with the lowering oil way, the electric proportional overflow valve and the floating electromagnetic valve are arranged on the floating oil way, a third one-way valve is arranged between the electric proportional overflow valve and the lowering oil way, and the second multi-way valve is connected with the floating oil way through a fourth one-way valve. Wherein the third one-way valve and the floating electromagnetic valve can prevent high-pressure oil from impacting the electric proportional overflow valve, and in the floating mode state, the second multi-way valve participates in work and provides upward reverse lifting pulling force for the hydraulic winch, so that it is guaranteed that a steel wire rope is not disordered, and then stable operation of the hydraulic winch is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种液压卷扬机控制系统,包括:液压卷扬机、上提油路、下放油路、第一多路阀、浮动油路、电比例溢流阀、浮动电磁阀和第二多路阀,第一多路阀分别通过上提油路和下放油路与液压卷扬机连接,上提油路上设有第一单向阀,下放油路上设有第二单向阀,浮动油路的一端与上提油路连接,另一端与下放油路连接,电比例溢流阀和浮动电磁阀设于浮动油路上,电比例溢流阀和下放油路之间设有第三单向阀,第二多路阀通过第四单向阀与浮动油路连接。其中第三单向阀和浮动电磁阀能够防止高压油液对电比例溢流阀的冲击,在浮动模式状态下,第二多路阀参与工作,提供液压卷扬机向上反提的拉力,以保证钢丝绳不乱绳,进而保证液压卷扬机的稳定运行。
