The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, and discloses a high-hardness and high-modulus tire apex composition and a mixing method thereof. The apex composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials based on 100 parts by weight of raw rubber components: 100 parts by weight of raw rubber, 60.0 to 70.0 parts by weight of carbon black, 5.0 to 20.0 parts by weight of cardanol liquid resin B136 and 10.0 to 15.0 parts by weight of phenolic resin, and a proper amount of an active agent, an anti-aging agent, an accelerant and a vulcanizing agent. The raw rubber comprises 65-95 parts by weight of natural rubber and also comprises 5-35 parts by weight of butadiene styrene rubber or isoprene rubber. The apex composition disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the anacardol liquid resin B136 is used, is biologically renewable non-food-chain phenolic resin, belongs to an alkylphenol compound, can be used as a rubber modifier, and is matched with a proper amount of phenolic resin, so that the apex composition has a good application prospect. The matching of the two effectively improves the processability of the apex before vulcanization and the hardness and modulus of the apex after vulcanization, thereby improving the hardness and rigidity of the tire bead.
