The invention relates to the technical field of new materials for tire manufacturing, in particular to a bead filler composition for keeping the stability of a DMA temperature rise curve of a filler and reducing the rolling resistance of a tire, a mixing method and the tire. The rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts of rubber components: 70.0 to 92.0 parts of natural rubber, 0.0 to 30.0 parts of liquid isoprene rubber, 5.0 to 30.0 parts of modified polybutadiene rubber, 50.0 to 80.0 parts of carbon black, 1.0 to 10.0 parts of environment-friendly oil and 6.0 to 16.0 parts of resin, the modified polybutadiene rubber is lithium series low cis-polybutadiene rubber; the resin is cashew nut oil modified phenol formaldehyde tackifying resin, and the mixing raw materials also comprise 1.0-3.0 parts of a methylene donor. The tire adopting the rubber composition as the apex not only can reduce the rolling resistance of the tire and obtain lower oil consumption, but also ensures that the DMA curve does not continuously rise in the temperature rising process.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于保持胶料DMA温升曲线平稳的降低轮胎滚阻的三角胶料组合物、混炼方法和轮胎。该胶料组合物按橡胶组分为100份计由包括以下重量组分的原料混炼制得:天然橡胶70.0~92.0份,液体异戊二烯橡胶0.0~30.0份,改性聚丁二烯橡胶5.0~30.0份,炭黑50.0~80.0份,环保油1.0~10.0份,树脂6.0~16.0份;所述的改性聚丁二烯橡胶为锂系低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶;所述树脂为腰果油油改性的苯酚甲醛增粘树脂,并且混炼原料中还包括亚甲基给予体,亚甲基给予体为1.0‑3.0份。采用该橡胶组合物作为三角胶的轮胎不仅能够降低轮胎的滚动阻力,获得更低的油耗,而且保证了在温度升高的过程中DMA曲线不持续上升。
