The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing new materials, in particular to a stable-modulus apex rubber composition, a mixing method and a tire. The apex rubber composition with stable modulus is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 100 parts of raw rubber, 40-55 parts of filler, 0-1 part of sulfur, 1-10 parts of polysulfide and 1-3 parts of organic acid zinc salt. The polysulfide is added to replace common sulfur and participates in crosslinking in the vulcanization process, and a large number of disulfide bonds with heat stability are formed under the action of the organic acid zinc salt, so that the rubber material keeps good fatigue resistance and heat resistance in the use process, the problems existing in the use process of the polysulfide are solved, and the service life of the rubber material is prolonged. The requirements of various performances such as modulus stability and heat resistance are met, the problems of tire seam allowance vacancy and seam allowance crack are reduced, the performance stability of the tire is improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明轮胎制造新材料涉及技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种模量稳定的三角胶橡胶组合物、混炼方法和轮胎。一种模量稳定的三角胶橡胶组合物,所述组合物原料按橡胶组分为100份质量百分比计,包括由以下组分的原料混炼制备得到:生胶100份、填料40‑55份、硫磺0‑1份、多硫化物1‑10份、有机酸锌盐1‑3份。本发明通过加入多硫化合物代替普通硫磺,在硫化过程参与交联,在有机酸锌盐的作用下,形成大量具有热稳定性的双硫键,使胶料在使用过程中保持很好的疲劳性和耐热性,解决了多硫化合物使用过程中存在的问题,达到模量稳定、耐热等多种性能的要求,降低轮胎子口空、子口裂问题,提高轮胎的性能稳定性和使用寿命。
