The invention provides a wave compensation shipborne crane control system based on a hydraulic parallel device, and relates to the technical field of wave compensation, and the system comprises a shipborne IMU sensor which is used for detecting the swinging motion and heaving motion of a ship, generating a motion signal and sending the motion signal to a control center; the control center is used for receiving and processing the motion signal, generating a corresponding compensation signal and sending the compensation signal to a hydraulic system of the hydraulic parallel connection device; the control center is used for sending control signals to the crane main body and the hydraulic system of the suspension arm structure so as to realize the lifting function, the amplitude variation function, the pose adjustment function and the rotation function of the crane; the hydraulic system of the hydraulic parallel device is used for receiving the compensation signal and controlling the hydraulic parallel device according to the compensation signal so as to realize swing compensation or heave compensation of the shipborne crane; the control method of the system is simple and has innovativeness, the swinging motion and the heaving motion are compensated through one set of control system, and the working efficiency of the ship-borne crane can be effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种基于液压并联装置的波浪补偿船载起重机控制系统,涉及波浪补偿技术领域,包括:船载IMU传感器,用以检测船舶摇摆运动和升沉运动,并生成运动信号发送至控制中心;控制中心,用以对运动信号进行接收和处理,并生成相应的补偿信号发送至液压并联装置的液压系统;所述控制中心向起重机主体和吊臂结构的液压系统发送控制信号,以实现起重机的起升功能、变幅功能、位姿调整功能、回转功能;液压并联装置的液压系统,用以接收补偿信号,并根据补偿信号对液压并联装置进行控制,实现船载起重机的摇摆补偿或升沉补偿;本系统控制方法简单且具有创新性,通过一套控制系统实现对摇摆运动和升沉运动的补偿,可有效地提高船载起重机的工作效率。
