The invention provides a six-degree-of-freedom wave compensation shipborne crane based on a hydraulic parallel device, which relates to the technical field of ocean engineering and comprises a crane main body, a main suspension arm, the hydraulic parallel device and a hydraulic system, the hydraulic parallel connection device comprises a hexagonal upper flat plate, the lower portion of the hexagonal upper flat plate is connected with the upper ends of six hydraulic oil cylinders through universal hinge structures, the lower ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders are connected with a disc lower flat plate through universal hinge structures, and the lower portion of the disc lower flat plate is fixedly connected with a pulley mechanism. The lower part of the pulley mechanism is fixedly connected with a lifting hook mechanism; the lifting hook mechanism is connected with a lifting weight; and the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic system. According to the six-degree-of-freedom hydraulic parallel connection device, the swinging motion and the heaving motion generated by the influence of waves on the hoisting load can be compensated through the actions of the hydraulic parallel connection device on six degrees of freedom, the adverse effect of the swinging motion and the heaving motion on normal operation of the ship-borne crane is avoided, and the work of the ship-borne crane is safer, more efficient and more stable.

    本发明提供一种基于液压并联装置的六自由度波浪补偿船载起重机,涉及海洋工程技术领域,包括起重机主体、主吊臂、液压并联装置和液压系统;所述液压并联装置包括六角上平板,所述六角上平板下方通过万向绞结构连接六个液压油缸的上端,所述液压油缸的下端通过万向绞结构连接圆盘下平板,所述圆盘下平板下部固定连接有滑轮机构,所述滑轮机构下部固定连接有吊钩机构,所述吊钩机构与吊重相连;所述液压油缸与液压系统相连。本发明可以通过液压并联装置在六个自由度上的动作补偿吊重受波浪影响产生的摇摆运动和升沉运动,避免摇摆运动和升沉运动对船载起重机正常作业的不利影响,使船载起重机的工作更加安全、高效、平稳。
