The invention provides a shipborne crane floating crane active swing suppression device with a motion compensation function, which comprises a suspension arm and a floating crane active swing suppression device connected with the suspension arm, and is characterized in that the floating crane active swing suppression device comprises a horizontal adjusting mechanism, a pitching adjusting mechanism, a bearing and supporting mechanism and a swing suppression device connecting part, the horizontal adjusting mechanism, the pitching adjusting mechanism, the bearing and supporting mechanism and the swing restraining device connecting component are connected through connecting components. The bearing supporting structure is used for driving and adjusting the height of the front end of the horizontal adjusting mechanism, the horizontal adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the arm end pulley on the horizontal plane so as to compensate swaying motion and surging motion generated by the ship body, and the pitching adjusting mechanism is used for compensating the surging motion. The device can be installed on a crane tail end suspension arm, effectively compensates swinging of a hoisted object along with a ship, improves the bearing capacity of the suspension arm, enlarges the operation range of the ship-borne crane, and prevents the hoisted object from colliding with a deck or an operation platform to cause damage.

    本发明提供一种具有运动补偿功能的船载起重机浮吊主动抑摆装置,包括吊臂及与吊臂连接的浮吊主动抑摆装置,其特点是:浮吊主动抑摆装置包括水平调整机构、俯仰调整机构、承载支撑机构及抑摆装置连接部件,水平调整机构、俯仰调整机构、承载支撑机构及抑摆装置连接部件之间通过连接部件连接。承载支撑结构用于驱动调节所述水平调整机构前端的高度,水平调整机构用于调整所述臂端滑轮在水平面的位置,从而补偿船体所产生的横荡运动和纵荡运动,俯仰调整机构用于补偿垂荡运动。可以安装于起重机末端吊臂,有效补偿吊物的随船摆动并提升吊臂的承载能力,扩大船载起重机的作业范围,避免吊物与甲板或作业平台发生碰撞造成损坏。
