The invention relates to the technical field of shipborne cranes, and provides a compensation device and a compensation method for position and posture balance of an object at a hoisting end of a shipborne crane. The compensation device for the posture balance of the object at the hoisting end of the shipborne crane comprises the crane, a detection assembly and a controller, the crane is arranged on a ship deck platform, and the hoisting end of the crane hoists the object through a plurality of hoisting ropes; the detection assembly is arranged on a ship deck platform, and the detection assembly is used for acquiring the pose of a ship and the image information of an object in real time; the controller is used for controlling each joint of the crane to rotate and adjusting the length of each lifting rope, so that the object is in a balanced state. The compensation device for the position and posture balance of the object at the lifting end of the shipborne crane can automatically adjust the position of the object and the length of each lifting rope when a ship is subjected to rolling, pitching and heaving, so that the position and posture of the object can be in a balanced state in real time, and the stability of the crane on the ship when the object is lifted is improved.

    本发明涉及船载起重机技术领域,提供一种船载起重机起吊端物体位姿平衡的补偿装置及补偿方法。上述的船载起重机起吊端物体位姿平衡的补偿装置,包括:起重机、检测组件和控制器,起重机设置于船舶甲板平台上,起重机的起吊端通过多根吊绳吊装物体;检测组件设置于船舶甲板平台上,检测组件用于实时获取船舶的位姿和物体的图像信息;控制器用于控制起重机各关节转动以及调节各吊绳的长度,以使物体处于平衡状态。上述的船载起重机起吊端物体位姿平衡的补偿装置,可在船舶发生横摇、纵摇和升沉时,自动对物体的位置和各吊绳的长度进行调节,从而使物体的位置和姿态能够实时处于平衡状态,提高了船舶上起重机吊装物体时的稳定性。
