The method comprises the steps that in the train braking process, wheel set deceleration and a wheel set deceleration differential value are calculated in real time; when the anti-skid activation signal is set in the N1 periods, the sanding device is controlled to carry out sanding at the first sanding pressure; when the wheel set deceleration meets a preset condition in the N1 periods, a self-adaptive sanding control instruction is generated according to the wheel set deceleration and the wheel set deceleration differential value, and a sanding device is controlled to carry out self-adaptive sanding according to the self-adaptive sanding control instruction; in the self-adaptive sanding control process, train wheel rail friction force and target braking force are obtained in real time; and according to the train wheel rail friction force and the target braking force, the self-adaptive sanding control instruction is adjusted, and the sanding device is controlled to carry out sanding by adopting the adjusted sanding control instruction. According to the invention, accurate sanding can be realized, wheel rail adhesion can be quickly recovered, and the sanding amount can be reduced.
本发明提供一种列车撒砂控制方法及车辆。该方法包括:在列车制动过程中,实时计算轮对减速度和轮对减速度微分值;当在N1个周期内防滑激活信号置位时,控制撒砂装置以第一撒砂压力撒砂;当在N1个周期内轮对减速度符合预设条件时,根据轮对减速度和轮对减速度微分值生成自适应撒砂控制指令,并根据自适应撒砂控制指令控制撒砂装置进行自适应撒砂;在自适应撒砂控制过程中,实时获取列车轮轨摩擦力和目标制动力;根据列车轮轨摩擦力和目标制动力,对自适应撒砂控制指令进行调整,并采用调整后的撒砂控制指令控制撒砂装置撒砂。本发明能够精准撒砂,快速恢复轮轨黏着,且能够减小撒砂量。
