The invention discloses a rail vehicle sanding control method, relates to the field of rail vehicle sanding control, and solves the problems that sand is used too fast, the sand purchase cost and the manual maintenance cost are increased and the like due to an existing sanding control method.The method comprises the steps of automatic sanding and manual sanding, automatic sanding triggering conditions are set, wherein the braking level is larger than or equal to 85% of maximum service braking, and continuous sliding lasts for more than 3 s; emergency braking and a sliding state are realized; when the vehicle network system detects any one of the two triggering conditions, the network system issues a sanding instruction to control an electromagnetic valve S3 in the sanding device to carry out sanding, namely sanding is automatically triggered; manual sanding triggering conditions are set, wherein a driver presses a driver position sanding device button for sanding; a sanding instruction is directly issued through a hard wire, the electromagnetic valve S3 is controlled to carry out sanding, and manual sanding is achieved; sand can be reasonably used, the sand adding maintenance period is prolonged, and labor cost waste is reduced.

    一种轨道车辆撒砂控制方法,涉及轨道车辆撒砂控制领域,解决现有撒砂控制方法造成砂子使用过快,增加了砂子的采购成本以及人工维护成本等问题,该方法包括自动撒砂和手动撒砂,设定自动撒砂触发条件:制动级位≥85%最大常用制动且连续滑行超过3s;紧急制动且处于滑行状态;当车辆网络系统检测到上述两触发条件中任意一种时,由网络系统发布撒砂指令,控制撒砂装置中的电磁阀S3撒砂,即自动触发撒砂;设定手动撒砂触发条件:司机按压司机台撒砂装置按钮进行撒砂;直接通过硬线发布撒砂指令,控制电磁阀S3撒砂,实现手动撒砂;本发明保证了砂子能合理使用,增加了加砂维护周期,降低了人工成本浪费。
