The invention discloses a motor train unit sanding hose mounting structure, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit vehicle sanding devices.The motor train unit sanding hose mounting structure comprises a pipeline used for being connected between a sand box hoisted in a vehicle body equipment compartment and a sanding nozzle arranged outside the equipment compartment, and a wiring path formed by the pipeline penetrates through a vehicle body inclined partition wall; the routing path obliquely and downwards extends towards the sanding nozzle from the sand box end, so that sand smoothly flows through the pipeline; wherein the wiring path comprises a main line section perpendicular to the side wall of the inclined partition wall and extension line sections formed at the two ends of the main line section; the portion, located on the side of the sanding nozzle, of the inclined partition wall is fixedly connected with a hanging bracket higher than the main line section, and the hanging bracket lifts the portion, at the position of the extending line section, of the pipeline through a flexible hanging arm so that the lowest point of the pipeline can be higher than the height of a vehicle body cowcatcher. And the stone impact probability and the collision risk of the sanding hose are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种动车组撒砂软管安装结构,属于轨道交通车辆撒砂装置技术领域,本发明包括管路,其用于连接在车体设备舱吊装的砂箱和布设在设备舱外部的撒砂喷嘴之间:管路形成的走线路径贯穿车体斜隔墙;走线路径从砂箱端倾斜向下地朝向撒砂喷嘴延伸,从而使砂子顺畅流经管路;其中,走线路径包括垂直于与斜隔墙侧壁的主线段和形成在主线段两端的延伸线段;斜隔墙位于撒砂喷嘴侧固连有高于主线段的吊架,吊架通过柔性吊臂起吊延伸线段位置的管路,以使管路最低点高于车体排障器高度,本发明实现了缩短撒砂软管长度,优化撒砂软管运动路径,并降低撒砂软管石击概率及碰撞风险的有益效果。
